First witness is testifying about May 2019 traffic stop where Floyd ingested drugs immediately before police arrived at car and got taken to ER

There were motions in limine which precluded the defense from asking certain questions about the incident

To show the arrest basically happened exactly how the 2020 interaction occurred and that he swallowed a bunch of drugs as he was being approached by cops.

C-Span does not have the defense on. Nice to only see the prosecution. I guess we know where they stand on the matter.

Witness just foiled Darlene the Prosecutor.
She wanted to show that Floyd was coherent being taken out of car ( after he swallowed his drug stash) but witness said no he was mumbling and incoherent.
