I thought Oral Roberts going for the 2-point conversion after they scored their 3rd TD to make it 20-7 was uncalled for.

It’s embarrassing, but it’s one game in the grand scheme of things. Hope it’s a wake up call to this young team that they’re not invincible.

Oral Roberts is really good. Guys gave their all. Sometimes that’s baseball.

It brought back memories of the 1997 LSU-Bama series in Tuscaloosa..Game 2, Bama scored 28 runs and beat LSU 28-2. I listened to that train wreck on WWL while an LSU student. I believe 18 runs were scored in the 1st four innings. Skip ran out of pitchers and the late Johnnie Thibodeaux volunteered to pitch the last two innings.

I remember Bama beating us by like 30 runs one year and we still won the title

If we win the next 2 games it’s not a big deal at all

We should go kill ourselves from the shame. Imagine! Losing a baseball game! How dare us!

This was the most runs scored against the Tigers at home since 2001. And as mentioned previously the record runs allowed at the old box was 28 in 1997. And we all know how those seasons ended

So Hill got rocked in the first inning or was there a bunch of errors?

If we win the next two games, it's not a big deal at all.

If we lose one of the next two, it's a tad concerning

If we get swept, it's embarrassing.

I don't know what the heck happened but it's pretty obvious the team wasn't focused.

Hill was completely off, the defense looked pretty bad. There were good points but overall, they looked bad.

I'm not trying to drag anyone through the mud but that team was not ready to play.

Focus on what they need to do and do it. I know they can do it. But what I saw today was horrendous. However it is just a loss.

If I, and most of everyone here feels the same, I'd think they'll rebound. If it had to happen, I'm glad it happened now and not in conference play.
