Experience with Kodiak pancakes mix serving sizes?

May be a Food Board question, but I’m a bit skeptical of the serving size of Kodiak pancakes.
I’m dividing the basic recipe in half, adding an egg and a little more than 1/4 cup of whole milk. Should be approximately 350 calories at the most for the pancake. Cooked on nonstick pan with no oil/butter.
Thing is, it’s the size of my head when it’s cooked as one big one. If I was making regular pancakes in normal sizes, this batter would make about 5 pancakes.
Is this too good to be true?
I’m really full after eating too. Like stuffed, stuffed. I add half of a banana and a few walnuts as a topping. Whole meal is ~500 calories. I’m not this full after eating a 700 calorie breakfast burrito.

I could eat 5 donuts and still be hungry, where as I'm content after 200cal of eggs with cheese and some ham. Quality foods usually are more filling than crap
Can't help you with the Kodiak mix though. We buy the premade Kodiak waffles for my daughter though, definitely filling for thier size.

It looks like 1/2 cup of dry mix has 190 calories so you're probably right.

Since moving to kodiak cake mix, the wife and I have found them more filling than standard pancakes. It makes a "small" volume in comparison, but is way more filling. We make ours with milk and egg added, eat about 2 pancakes each with reasonable syrup.

Huge fan of Kodiak pancake mix.
Just bought 2 boxes on sale at Costco for like $7.50 per box.

I made two cups of mix this morning with one cup of almond milk and one cup of water. Made 12 pancakes (2 in the skillet at a time with space in between). Husband and I each eat two at a time. I freeze and reheat things because I don't always feel like cooking.

According to the label 1/3 cup of dry mix is 190 calories. The recipe on the back calls for 1 cup of the dry mix, so that would be 570 calories before adding milk, eggs, etc. When I make them I also add a scoop of maple pecan whey to the batter.
