The team doesn't and hasn't practiced as they should. They intetsquad daily and that is how they determine playing time. If you are constantly expected to produce there is no time to improve. A pitcher is not going to work on a change-up if he walks people with it while learning the pitch. He will throw his best stuff to get outs if his playing is determined by success in practice. No room to grow and get better. He will be the same in June as he was the previous September.

A major change from the Bertman dynasty years to the PM era.

People, myself included, got a lot of downvotes pre-season for pointing out some of these same thoughts. Fast forward all the way into week 1 / game 2 and the world has turned on CPM. This place is great entertainment.

It shows that none of you actually played baseball. Jesus Christ its the second game of the year coming off of a 350 day lay off. if the pitching stays healthy than we have an absolutely stellar 3 man rotation that will be facing the best of the competition on the weekends. There were 4 errors and too many walks in that 2nd game, this is the exception not the norm, it will be fixed. The play out of the freshman have been great in the first 2 games and that is actually a damn good sign. Take a deep breath and just watch and try to enjoy it.

I hate this argument. Tech looks infinitely better than LSU at the plate no matter how early in the season. Are you saying their off-season prep is better than LSU’s because it sure as shite looks like it early on.

I will finish this one for you. Leaving in a pitcher to long. Also taking him out when he is rocking and firing. Kills me

I meant all weekend. Their approach is much more polished than anything LSU is doing right now.

Where are all of the fire Manerie experts? Let me make an attempt at y’all’s logic. Well LA Tech scored 18 runs on Air Force and we didn’t so this HAS to mean we aren’t as good as Tech, fire everyone.
