In states where it's legal far more people care about great ipas that cost $15/6 than weed.
Seriously the craziest part about reefer madness is how absolutely dull the drug is.

It's better for your body, it's better because there's no hangover unless you go overboard, it's better for addiction.
But at peak effect it will never feel as good as a good buzz.

I thought Trump would have got this done in 2020 driving Dems crazy and winning the election. Only Trump is to blame for losing the election, and imploding the last few weeks. Trump can be really good and really bad, no in between.

Alcohol dulls the senses. Weed enhances them. It is also a great tool for giving you perspective on things. Pot smokers are also much more interesting and better company than drunks. Just my personal experience.

This guy gets it. If weed were legalized Americans would quickly show that alcohol I s our drug of choice.

cannabis is an extremely versatile plant with many uses, and Americans happen to be very, very good at growing it

Hemp was federally legalized in 2018.
Hemp bags and stuff are sold at the "head shop" I partner in.
Marijuana legalization is separate from hemp.

Why didn't Trump get this done in his first year?
not sure why he did not go for this, talked a lot about it and getting rid of civil forfeiture.

Fundamentally see no advantage of either group of inebriated people. If you're high you're good with drunks and high folks, same as if you're drunk.
Nobody's saying or thinking anything insightful. You're just messed up. And that's fine. Ascribing some merit to being messed up is silly

COVID is killing state tax revenues, there is going to be tremendous pressure to legalize weed and use it as a revenue source.

That's been my experience. Lived in Oakland in 2017, spent nine months in Denver the next.

I'm not going to argue with you about it but to claim that the only people that care about weed out here are tourists is asinine. I'm not in a tourist town at all and probably have 15 stores within 30 minutes. And they stay very busy.

Busier than liquor stores as was claimed?

That is what I quoted and that's what I replied to.
That is not an accurate statement.

This country need more people with fried brains. There just isn't enough.

Can't speak for washington but for the other states it isn't in the same ballpark as alcohol
For people that love weed it gave them a more acceptable but expensive route, for almost everyone else it was a novelty.
I stand by it.
