Dang I didn't know he came out with a statement like that. I'd be interested in know what he means as well.
I'm sure he/UFC has the money to invest in cyber/forensic investigations of IP addresses who stream illegally. Just a matter of how much effort he wants to put in it.
The illegal streams won't stop unless the ones caught are publicly penalized.

Conor inside 3 rounds is my guess. His left hand is lethal and not many guys can handle it
