I saw one get hit by a car once, and he fell on the side of the road and was laying there. It was a big one. I found a place to turn around to go back and get him. I thought it would be a good skin to have. Took me less than a couple of minutes to get back, but he was gone. I guess he was just knocked out for a minute. I'm glad he woke up before I got back there. It might have turned out bad for me.

I did kill one at my Mom's house a few years ago, she had seen it several times in the edge of the woods behind her house, and was sure it was trying to get her little dog.

I'm sure it was stalking the dog. As William Wallace once said in his movie - "dog is a fine meal".
