I see lists of potential names for our new DC. Where’s the list for the other side of the ball? Is there anyone we can get excited about that is a legitimate candidate?

I’d promote Calloway, and I don’t feel there’s a need for a PGC as preferred to on field coach cuz E is now an analyst. So you’ve still got his voice in there. If anything we need a running game coordinator our run game is so bland

A name i haven't seen mentioned is Lebby from ole miss. He had statistically one of the best offenses in the country the year before at UCF. Worth a Look for sure.

Here's a thought. Why not move E to PGC. He knows all the tricks he learned from Brady. We could have a dynamic offense and all the stress on Coach E would be removed.

Chip Kelly. Remember what he did with Oregon He just had lesser talent at his other teams. He's looking for a spot.

Kendal Briles. Give him an even playing field talent wise in the SEC and see what he can do. Put Calloway under him as PGC/QB coach. Briles’ offense always gets recognition for being pass happy and fast paced but he always has a good run game with it. He doesn’t have a fair shot with Arkansas level talent against Bama, LSU, Georgia, etc......

Since tRant is fantasy land let’s go out and get Peyton Manning. We would lock up Arch and knock out two birds with one stone.

Phil Longo OC/QB
Russ Calloway PGC

There is your dream team above. Why?

Everyone knows Hugh Freeze is the man but comes with too much baggage. Therefore, go out there and find someone who ran some offense with him at Ole Miss and gave Saban fits with 2-3 star athletes... Phil Longo 2016 Check. He also coached in 2017 and Ole Miss had the top scoring percentage in the red zone at 95.3%, which is an area LSU did poorly in 2020 under Linehan & E.

Then you go out and find out what that dude is doing these days since he left Ole Miss. Rewriting the Offensive record books at North Carolina under head coach Mac Brown. UNC are ranked 4th in total offense at 556 YPG, 6,123 yards and 7.84 YPP with 63 TD in the Covid year.

Sign him up. Add Calloway because he is a great young mind who had a great offense in a sub-division, but they were tops in that division against their like competition. He also has been at LSU and knows his way around and saw the film from 2019 as he probably is ready with his offense with Brady concepts.. Check
