This has all been insightful, exciting, and a little weird. Thanks, and long live coach Chris I guess.

Buddy of mine in football ops was telling me how crucial Coach Chris was for reeling in Maason Smith.
I didnt believe him at first but he was telling me that O puts Chris on a lot of the local talent.

Who does the lions share of the work at a company. The guy at the top or the guys who are underneath them? Who puts in the crazy long hours at a company? Y’all know the answers to those questions.
Coach Chris is the reason why Greg McMahon can stay up in the booth. He trusts him that much to do the on the field work.
Why would Coach McMahon let Coach Chris handle the coaching duties on the field?
These college kids are 18-23 years old assad from ZVR. Coach Chris can relate to them in ways that Coach McMahon can’t.
Coach Mullens calls a timeout. Coach Chris tells Cade York that if he makes this kick then he will need way more fog than this at Bogies to keep the fresh cut off him when he gets back to BR.
Older coaches aren’t that intuitive. It’s the usual just kick your kick son which honestly would make most folks even more nervous.
What was the result of that exchange? The longest made kick in school history. It was dead center and would have been good from 63 yards out.
That’s the Coach Chris difference. I called my shot before the Florida game. The dude is ice cold. He coaches without fear. It rubs off on the kids and they have played well as a result of that. That’s not opinion. That’s a cold hard fact.

McMahon stays on the sidelines, no?

let's not bring facts into this. he's on a roll.

He stays in the booth normally unless maybe he feels like going down to the sidelines but to my knowledge the arrangement has been this way for 2018, 2019, and 2020. You can see Coach Chris. He is about 15 feet away from Coach O every game.

Hard to believe some people on here don’t see the greatness of Coach Chris

McMahon is never in the booth. Never.

My guys inside the program say he’s looked at like an Austin Thomas/Joe Brady type lovechild. A guy that has the X’s and O’s, but can also bring in the Jimmy’s and Joe’s. People outside of the facility know about Coach Chris, he’s not going to be here very much longer.
Something no one talks about is how well he manages his special teams room. You won’t see any of his guys getting exposed by USA Today or suspended for drugs

Coach Chris is iced out his mind with championship rings and he ain’t even hit 30 yet.
I expect Coach O to have him locked down when Greg McMahon retires.
We have baws up in here that are still claiming he is just a bean counter analyst that doesn’t have a significant role within this staff. That’s just not true why would you assert that. It makes no sense. The work is in the bag.

I encourage you to start a Coach Chris Chuck Norris website.
"Coach Chris punts on 2nd down in the 1st quarter to set up the FG he's going to block in the 4th quarter."
