I have them and YES there's a difference. My doctor told me though I will ALWAYS see better with my glasses. I remember being in college and saying "nah it's just not right". The doc flipped some something (to adjust for the astigmatism) and I was like "OH I CAN SEE"!
Couldn't tell you which ones I have but I've been wearing this type for astigmatism for 30 years.
