Carnitas from the instant pot and broiler, a bunch of fresh vegetables I bought at the farmers market, eggplant dirty rice, and some tortilla soup concocted out of the leftover carnitas cooking juices.

Made a bunch of butter chicken yesterday, so I'm good for a couple of days.

I have breakfast taco fixin's for a week and some bison for regular tacos when the butter chicken runs out!

Smoked brisket all day yesterday. Will last all week.

Added pork shoulder because if I'm going burn all that propane and I have the room...why not. Shredded and already in the freezer.

steamed vegetables that marinated in Italian dressing for 24 hours.

Chicken sausage

smoked cabbage

Going to be eating out of the freezers as much as possible. If there's a power outage that lasts for several days, I'll be feeding the neighborhood.

Bought a brisket to smoke and ingredients for marinara sauce. Set a place for Laura if she shows up.

Well considering there doesn't appear to be threats of hurricanes anymore to my area, nothing fun.
