Got a story about buck plus. Put some in my feeder. I think some moisture got in. Go to refil and notice it’s clogged. Open it up and it’s full of maggots. Stank isn’t the right word. Only corn for me from here on out. I can deal with moldy corn but the maggots were another level.

I just throw the buck plus out. It does bring in the occasional buck and plenty of does.

2/3 corn, 1/3 Sportsman's Choice Record Rack Golden Deer Nugget. Deer seems to get addicted to it, but so do pigs.

This is my problem. every pic on cam last season was at night, so trying to find something that others are NOT using to attract deer to this property and hold them. Plan on planting oats, red and white clover, with ryegrass for foodplots as well.

That's why I'm trying the cracked corn/sweet feed mix in two gravity feeders. No hogs on property at this time.

Thanks, I had been leaning toward this combination, and adding the sweetened peanut butter flavoring I have to it.

Skeet some of this on it and let it dry before loading the feeder.

Have you tried this? Seems like it’d work.

guess if there were competing feeders in the area and you wanted yours to be special, it might make sense?

Well, theirs will be the one special. You are only hurting yourself by putting something else in if people around you run corn

Haven't tried it but have some ordered and will try it when it comes in. We have several nannies that hang out in our backyard every night and I plan on testing it with them.
