Let’s be real: none of the people at Trumps rally are getting tested.

Wow, Trump can defy the laws of science/medicine by accelerating the incubation period of a virus.

Apparently, Chuck Norris wears Trump pajamas.

Everyone I’ve talked to said it took a week for their results.

Mrs. Mtntiger got tested. It took a full five days for her get the results back. She was, as I suspected, negative.

OU is still saying they are going to open up the campus, have in-person classes, attendees at football games and kids in dorms.

I see moving my kid out within one month of classes starting just from political pressure when a few students show up with Covid, and they will.

If that happens, she may never go back. It costs too much money to do this again. We dealt with it last semester, will try again this semester, but won't do it for three semesters.

They reported the infections Sunday, a day after the rally. This is true.

What’s the problem? I don’t see “because of the rally” anywhere in the story.

Now, you all are going to piss and moan that it tries to link the spike to the rally... but isn’t that one of the excuses put forth on this board, that the 6200 attendance in a 19k arena was because cases were spiking?

This helps with that excuse. You should embrace it.

We had our highest daily report ever last week. We didn’t have a Trump rally tho. Doesn’t make sense.

Almost every poster called this right when the rally was announced.

I mean, almost anyone with a brain could guess that you put thousands of people together like that, the virus will likely spread.

I guarantee that article was written the day Trump released the fact that he was having a rally.

Such poor journalism. But they hope the morons of the world jump on the narrative.

Meh. What do you think the numbers will be a week before the election? We will probably be in lockdown so we can’t go vote. The only votes they will count are the mail in and early votes. Than the civil war will get serious. Much blood will be shed.

So let me see if I got this straight. A reporter named Soo Kim reports that Trump rally that happened Saturday evening caused a record rise in cases when it takes a minimum of a week for it to incubate and about 5 days to get tests back? Checks out...

That’s not what the story reported. At all.
