Sure it's anti oil and gas, but she's right about the kids not knowing what's going on in the real world. The real shame of it is lots of grown men and women have been taken in by that virtual world too. Lots of people on the left, and the right, worrying to much about social issues.

I think Jamie injured his back bad enough that he gets hooked on painkillers this season.

Think the big secret between him and Beth is that they had some “awkward fumblings“ in the hay as kids? Or is that too cliché?

the incest angle would be a hard sell. I definitely can see Beth being a adolescent victim of some sort and that causing her rage as an adult.

I think its gonna be more of Jamie was mom's favorite, mommy didn't like me cause I was Daddy's girl type horseshite. That and Beth just hates Jamie for being a huge pussy. She doesn't exactly kiss Kacie's arse either, but he's more manly than Jamie.
I think she wants to be an only child and hates all of her siblings. But she's banging Rip so she doesn't hate him as much.

seems like it will revolve around the mom's death or jamie's relationship with the mom.

Figured it could have the potential to be on that list eventually. Breaking Bad didn’t have a huge following until about the 3rd season. It could be recency bias but I think Ozark deserves to be listed with those depending on how the 4th season goes

The incest angle popped into my head but there’s no way Beth wouldn’t have said something by now. John, Ripp, or Lee would’ve put a bullet in Jamie’s head had that happened. I really hope they stick the landing on their back story though. It has to be some serious shite for her to genuinely hate him that much but I have no idea.

I hope season 3 isn’t a rinse and repeat season of season 2... They can’t keep having the same battles with different people over the land. I’d love to get answers to a few things and more character development..
- answer the backstory with Jamie/Beth
- what’s going to happen with Jamie and his baby mama
- where’d did the ex stripper/wrangler chick go? Is she coming back
- flashbacks of the boys (Lee, Jamie and Kasey) as kids
- is Walker going to make a come back this season and cause friction because Kasey did kill him
- the wrangler who wants to get the brand and what they’re going to start training him to do moving forward?
