Everyone says NASCAR can ban the Confederate Flags from their races, but can they? Sure NASCAR can ban it on tracks they own, but what about non-NASCAR tracks? Tracks like Indy, Pocono, Kentucky, Charlotte, Dover, Atlanta, Bristol, Vegas, Texas and Sonoma. That's 16 out of the 36 races on the NASCAR schedule.

NASCAR would have no legal sway at those races. Plus what about the fact that many of these facilities have received state money over the years. Does that not make them quasi-state facilities? If these facilities want to be truly private then they need to give that state money back. I really would like to hear the legal arguments on that.
