We live in a market economy where companies compete to win.

Walmart was able to offer consumers products at lower prices. They won. And consumers benefited.

Partially, we also live in an economy in which conservatively Walmart has spent millions in lobbying to ensure their dominance and exploited their relationship with politicians, especially the Clinton's and even using the Podesta Group as one of their primary lobbyists.

This kind of argument is just as feeble as the whackos on this other end of the political spectrum who spout off about things like UBI.

Both are extreme POVs that end up being cannibalistic...

Go and ask the people of Donaldsonville, LA if Wal Mart was good for their community and the people of the area and get back to me.
