As in the tax or the healthcare? Because it was passed as a tax if you didn’t have healthcare the way it was argued, I thought.

It was written as that and argued in court as such. The dems out politiked the repubs by telling them it was a fine and the stupid shits went along with it.
When it got to the Supreme Court the dem lawyers said “hey look at the language it’s a tax” case over.
