I don't see how that's possible. You'd have to pay property taxes at the very least, no? And if you traded with others that would be subject to taxes, possibly. You wouldn't be able to just buy a car or pay for healthcare unless you were able to find cash-only operations.

The OP sounds like a sky screamer though.

Paying people to give you something is not called a "benefit". It's called a service. The government takes money to provide services. Only those that aren't taken from receive benefits.
