It's exactly like that.

Except that the rain has slowed to a light drizzle and most people don't mind getting a little wet. If you do, stay inside.

You suck at analogies. Again, the point of the lockdown was to prevent the hospitals from being overloaded. Hospitals are not overloaded and won't be. So now, what is the point of the lockdown? Unless you just want a perpetual shutdown because at some point in the future, one day, just maybe, a hospital might become overloaded.
