That's not what he was doing.

I dont know if the girl had the phone, it sounds like someone said I'll give you your phone. That said, I wouldn't be very happy if if I was minding my own business and someone came and shoved their phone in my face. I'd probably slap it away too.

I sure as hell wouldn't be happy if some random couple was doing that to my daughter and her friends.
