This whole thing is starting to really piss me off and freak me out. How would they stop travel of normal Americans? Had that ever happened before?

I mean, they could activate the Guard in each state and put them on patrols along with local police I guess.

But, after what I saw at the hospital today, shutting everything down is the right call. The ER never stopped my entire 14 hours there. It actually created a separate problem of putting a large group of people showing some type of symptom all in the same area. We have to figure a way to get this under control. The system will break to a point where they run out of tests on every runny nose and end up turning away positive cases.

I’m fully expecting the shite show to just keep getting worse over the weekend.

Yes, let’s have martial law so we can get the ERs under control for runny nose. Makes sense.

That would be disastrous to the economy. Soon there will be drive thu testing in every walmart, Walgreens and target parking lot. This will alleviate the BS ER visits.

Good God. There is a reason hospitals don’t let people like you run the place.

ETA: After realizing that this is a three week old thread, the post I replied to is even dumber.
