Really glad we dodged the big one with this one.

Yesterday, the cab of a tanker truck caught on fire just off Chippewa Street near the contractor parking lot for Exxon.

I was passing by and stopped to watch the Exxon Rescue and BRFD baws put it out.

I gave some of the Exxon Rescue baws a hard time about how immaculately clean their bunker gear was compared to the baws from Engine Company 2.

Me thinks those baws won’t have clean bunker gear after today’s fire.

Glad everyone is ok.

Only a news blurb here in Houston.

What the hell is going on? These seem tp keep happening? Just poor luck and statistical anomaly or decreased standards and oversight?

Honestly asking. Lot of oilfield Baws on here.
