He definitely did. I guess PFF doesn't watch every play of every game. Lol. Against Utah State, Burrow threw a high ball to him that hit his hands. Moss tipped it and wasn't able to catch it and the tip was intercepted. Definitely remember bitching about it and saying, "you have to catch that Moss!" In hindsight it was a really high poorly thrown ball by Burrow on the run and wasn't really Moss' fault. It did hit him in the hands though.

Clearly you don't know the definition of a dropped pass. It's a bad trait picked up from the Brandon Harris days.
