I had no idea Kevin was an offensive analyst for Arizona State! I am sure we could offer him something to come home to the good guys!

He’s a coach (O line) not an analyst

He will be here soon. He's a tiger. I just think he has the personality to recruit his arse off on the ol. He just has that demeanor about him where guys would want to play for him.

Good lawd. Just because he loves LSU and was a great player doesn’t equate to great coach. See Michael Jordan. GOAT basketball player awful coach.

Why not get Todd McClure as an analyst or assistant? Former LSU offensive lineman, played 13 seasons at center for the Atlanta Falcons - lives right here in Zachary.

I actually think both are true. We do not need to replace our OL coach, he's doing great. BUT, I would like to see Mawae here eventually. He's getting coaching experience now, give him some time.

Is he any good at his job?

That should be the qualification. This board is obsessed with getting former players here as coaches without any knowledge of whether or not they're good at their job. If he is, sure I'd love to have him here, but just bc he is a former player doesn't mean he'll be a good coach.

Coach O had Kevin address the team on the Friday before the National Championship a few weeks ago.

Once his daughter is done swimming at ASU he is back!

So be happy.

negative ghost rider, Abigail transferred to Hawaii and will continue her swimming career for the Rainbows. My kids competed against Kevin's kids in HS swimming as I saw him quite often in the last 5-6 yrs.

Regarding Kevin coaching at LSU, here's what I know. Kevin's FAITH in GOD comes before anything else. He is very loyal and close to Herm Edwards who was his former HC @ the NYJ. He's in Tempe for a reason and content right now. His next calling in life (whether it's back home to BR or elsewhere) will be where the Lord directs him.
