Company still withdrew state taxes after moving to a different state

In late 2018, my wife and I moved from Louisiana to Tennessee. She works at PetSmart and was able to transfer to a store in Tennessee. However, her company didn't change her address, so they kept taking LA state taxes out of her paycheck. She got her W2 and for wages in LA it was around $8700 and $240 in taxes taken out. She didn't work in Louisiana in 2019 and we can prove that she didn't work in Louisiana because her paycheck stubs have the store number on it. So I was wondering what should we do when filing our taxes?

Your accountant can handle that

Contact Pet Smart and let them know. And follow up in a week or two to confirm, hopefully talking to someone different. If you tell them now, they probably havent submitted yet this month. If so, just one check most likely.
The taxes have already been submitted to Louisiana so my guess is you’ll have to file here and get a refund. And file in TN, and you’ll owe.

You need to have Petsmart provide you with a corrected W2 and refund the taxes they withheld in error.

Should be pretty straightforward, but the only problem here is that you'll have to deal with the state of Louisiana to get it corrected. Which, from what I've read here before, can be a pain in the arse.

File a LA non-resident return for 2019. You'll get all the money back.
Then have her employer correct the problem so it doesn't happen again this year.

She should ask her company to fix it and refund her the money directly, but don't be surprise if they decline to do so.
If they won't, file a non-resident LA return claiming 0 income and a refund for the withheld taxes. Be prepared for the state to ask for more information.
I truly hope she timely changed her drivers license, car registration, etc, to Tennessee. If they are still LA documents, you are going to have a mess on your hands, because LA will contend she is still an LA resident.
Let this be a learning experience... she was still having those taxes taken out on each paycheck. If she would have looked at her check stubs, she would have seen this and been able to address it sooner.
