The price of success is extremely steep!

Damn a DC, a co-OC and 7 juniors and possibly our safeties coach so far, just wow!!!

and yet...when next season starts...we will be fine.

I cant wait to beat some of these SEC teams who are currently shitting on us in the SEC Rant.

As long as we have top 3 recruiting classes none of that matters. LSU makes unknown coaches famous.

If you keep your house in good shape (commitment to excellence and keeping people like Les Miles away), you'll get there again.

Which is why we need even more analysts. It allows for the pipeline to roll on

The price is worth the success. The success that we had this season remains longer than any and all of the departures. You know what else? There will be an LSU team out there on the field with an opportunity to create their own success. Who knows what they can accomplish, the games will still have to be played. Geaux Tigers

Dbro, the question you have to ask yourself is...knowing what you know now, would you have taken this deal on August 1 of last year? Is there any question?

Devil: "OK, boys...here's the deal...I'm offering an undefeated season (that includes beating Alabama, for you Rantards)...a beat down of Georgia in the SECCG...damn near an on-field rape of Oklahoma...and a 17 point win the NCG, breaking Clemson's 29 game win streak in the process. An out of this world offensive output...5,000+ yards passing, two 1,000+ yard receivers, a 1,000+ yard rusher. But wait, there's more...a Heisman Trophy for Joe, the Jim Thorpe, Davey O'Brien, Walter Camp, Biletnikoff...aw screw it, I'm tired of rattling these off. Act now, and as a bonus, I'll throw in a YouTube clip of talking head Mike Greenberg making the case that this LSU team is the greatest of all time. All I want in return is maybe a few coaches from the staff, and several underclassmen declare early. Deal?"

If you’re in the discussion for “GOAT Team” you’re going to have a ton of guys that will play on sundays. This is the reality we find ourselves in.
