At this point we had a great system in place. The best thing to do is keep as many guys as we can in house and promote from within. Also continue stockpiling offensive analysts who can add value.

This is the only answer. Don't fix it if it's not broken. Keep things fluid and familiar, adding new wrinkle with different input.
