Pat Surtain, Ismael Sopsher, and Marcus Banks chose Bama over us to to get a ring.

You are correct it is Marcus. I don’t know why I thought of Nick.

bama will be good but I don't see them winning a championship any time soon which means those guys will be gone before they have the chance, Surtain to the NFL and Sopsher will be processed. I'll be a little surprised if Sop doesn't get processed this spring.

True, but it would be easy for anyone to say LSU had a dream season with Burrow. If LSU can sustain success, they can squash the argument.

That said, it really does suck that two of the best programs in the nation will have to fight it out every year for one playoff spot. Even if Bama and LSU were on different sides of the conference, both would have a decent-good chance to make it into the playoffs with one loss in the conference championship game.

Surtain didn’t either...

It was Saivion Smith that got torched. Dude got beat so bad by Ross that he faked an injury...

Sure he can just say they can’t win one without joe Brady’s offense and joe burrow. You can make anything negative if you want to
