To the common folk it would be smart phones.

I'm sure there are things most of us have no idea about that have led to unknown advancements in tech.

Most of the posts so far mention things that were popularized in the last ten years, not invented.. For instance , the microwave oven and VCR were invented in the late 60s i think, but my family didnt have either til 10 or 15 years later (i’m old.)

In any case, my answer would be the rearview camera in cars, and the iPad, both of which have been popularized in the last ten years, and both of which i use constantly (though not at the same time.)

Israelis produced some great ones.

They made a machine that produces drinking water from the air.

A computerized eye for blind people.

An exo skeleton for crippled people. It can walk or sit.
We knew that was coming.
The eye impressed me.

Maybe not the best invention but to me its the coolest. Ultra Ever Dry that uses nanotechnology to repel water. The videos are always entertaining.
