tj finley 492th and 740th overall, #20th and #17th pro qb
Here is another one that PROVES that 24/7 rankings are ALWAYS correct and 100% accurate.
Justin Jefferson
247 composite and 247 rankings
Jefferson 2,164th and 1,460th overall, #308 and #205 wide receiver. Louisiana #76 and #65
LSU should have never signed that scrub. But hey, 24/7 should always be the final word on who LSU allows to sign an LOI with them not the dumb coaches. Right?
ET f'ing A:
JJ's recruiting profile on 24/7 - which should be the law in recruiting football players

I have no idea If he will start or play. And neither do you, so stfu and let the coaches do what they get paid to do. If you don’t like how they are handling it, then you need to go be a coach somewhere to show us how it’s done.

I think many of the people who are not high on him are judging him based off of film. Apparently Jefferson looked good in camps and film but I can not find too much on Finley that I liked. Still want him in the class but I think people are more than welcome to post their opinions on an online forum.

He needs to start learning the TE position!

The problem is that these people form opinions based on limited knowledge and make concrete decisions.
I'll trust P5 coaching staffs over them.
Go back and look at Matt Barkley's Sr stats.

Do any of you think TJ is an elite QB? I'm not sure why y'all are so confident in him? Caleb Williams is an elite talent that could play as a freshman, do you really think TJ starts over him? Max Johnson is a better prospect than TJ and he will probably end up transferring out.
3 or 4 years ago I would be ecstatic to get a QB like TJ but now we can do a whole lot better.

All you guys shitting on a player who is very dedicated to LSU is disgusting. I bet most of you never played a down of football in your life and don't nothing about this kid but what you have read on a message board. Do you guys not realize that recruits and their families read these boards and this does not help recruiting.
To say he will never take a snap at qb, or he needs to move to te, or be ready to transfer out in 2 years is crazy, when he is still in high school, it almost makes me sad to be an LSU fan

No doubt he has all the tools.
What are ALL the tools?

Regardless if he starts or not we need several quarterbacks on the roster. Injuries and backup.

Nice. This guy has all the tools. Any extra time he gets can only help him refine those tools.

TJ Finley as you read these ignorant fake wannabe coaches on here doubting and forecasting that you will fail. Take and use it as motivation to show and prove that you will work your arse off and shine no matter what! Here’s to you being a consummate professional in recruiting and leading this class. I’m extremely proud you’re a tiger! 1team1heartbeat!

Jesus you idiots could've kept it a positive thread about him enrolling early which can only be good for him and not this other bullshite.

I’m really pulling for him but he has so much work to do with his accuracy. If he cannot shore that up, he’ll be moved to TE or DE. Too much size to waste on the sidelines.

A lot of his accuracy issues are throwing to tiny below average receivers with no help from his line. I think with some good coaching, he can develop some accuracy. Footwork would help a lot.

Why'd you direct your post towards me moron? My post was postive towards TJ as i think he will be a hell of a qb and im glad we got him. Hes very raw but will be great.

That’s the size of his starting 4 WRs. If you are gonna bash the kid have facts. Also, he put up the most points of any team this post season on Destrehan, who shut down Acadiana, who averaged 50 points a game.

This kid will need time but when Moffitt is done he will be impossible to take down.
