Why México City? Why not focus on filling up all the stadiums in the USA first?

Potential landing spot for the Chargers.

London is far more likely than Mexico City.

frick Mexico. And frick Azteca.
I don’t know what the hell the NFL is expecting to get out of this third world country by playing there.
The same piece of shite Mexicans in the stands have no problem throwing shite at our American soccer players when we play there.
I wish someone on the chargers or chiefs would have simply said I’m not playing there. The field is shite too. Every time someone cuts tons of grass come up.

Mexicans fricking love football. Huge market. And don’t tell the poli board but Mexico City is a world class city, not to mention one of the world’s largest.
It’s less than 2 hour flight from Houston and in the central time zone. Makes way more sense than London IMO. Though I’d also consider Toronto or Vancouver as well. Mexico makes the most sense though in terms of new fans IMO.

What NFL players would want to live in Mexico City? That’s got to be the issue.

Marketing. There are 30 million Mexicans living there who are potential jersey buyers and tv watchers.

Because attendance isn’t the most important thing anymore. Something else is more important.

Anyone else catch at the first of the broadcast how ESPN was sucking up to how good of shape the playing field was in? Talked about all the prep work that went into having the field in grade A, their words, shape for an NFL game. Imo, the field was shite. Haven't seen that many divots on a field in a while.
I did appreciate the dressing up of the senorita that sang the Mexican national anthem. A lot classier than the two chicks that sang ours.

Is there still barbed wire outside the stadium there? The drug cartels in that country are so bad I wouldn’t ever step foot in it. frick Mexico.

If Goodell did that he would be removed as commissioner. Mexico City is too dangerous.

Bring the Chargers to San Antonio.

LOL at idiots thinking that Mexico City is dangerous or hot.
But the altitude is a real problem.

Does Mexico City have Taco Bell’s ? Or do all these Mexicans know how to cook killer fajitas and enchiladas? I bet it’s easy to get fat and lazy there if you have little oxygen to breath.
