4 wheeler - get the head into the footrest area, stand on the back rack, pull him up using the fender as a slope. This should be done using legs in a deadlift motion.

Truck - use ratchet straps hooked to tie downs to hold the head as high as possible into the bed. Then heave the rear half in. A huge one may require a rear strap and a middle one as a handle, but unfortunately I've never had to try that.
