Also England developed a dry mix concrete mixed with steel fibers from recycled tires. It sets up faster requiring less road closure time while also being more durable. Plus it’s cheaper than traditional concrete.

Other States have been using the rubber pellets for rubberized asphalt for decades. It’s also more durable and quiet than regular asphalt.

Considering the shape of our roadways it’s too much common sense for Louisiana.
