I have the same thoughts...to even think about it is mindblowing, but her brain is apparently wired differently than ours. I'm sure she is on 24 hour watch and/or suicide watch. Earlier, I figured she would turn on him, play the victim and try to cut a deal, but with the apparent evidence, the State probably needs no help from her to convict him. They are both screwed!

I would say you are correct.
Given the charges and the evidence, there is no reason to cut her a deal unless she can serve up someone else. And she likely can’t do it, but Lt Baw could depending on what he had in the files he kept on his coworkers.

Rumors are that he had a bunch of folders on his computer, one for each member of the LPSO.

Not hearing much chatter around Ard suddenly dropping into the conversation with the LPN editor a remark about an OCS investigation occurring after the creepy sleepover. We know Nak reads this. Lots of questions: is it true at all, is the fact there was one more entity investigating this situation a clue that SOMEONE took it seriously and DID report it elsewhere (and who would that person be? Cop's wife? Perkins' wife at the time?), when did Ard find this out (he said he just heard, but...), was it ethical for him to mention this if you're not supposed to identify a victim (and a minor one at that), and how did he find out about it if it was "closed and expunged"? For someone who is PO'd about rumors, isn't that a big one thrown out there that's unverifiable and just happens to attempt to back up Ard's opinion that no crime occurred? It's around 11:18 into the interview:
