And he has 2 feet in and that right hand has the ball the entire time.

I've always heard something about touching the pylon and that making you out. I'm guessing that only applies to the ball, not the player

I just texted my buddy asking if it is a requirement for a DB to wave their hands every time they are beat and it’s a close call. Norman had nothing to do with the play, doesn’t even touch the receiver, yet waves his arms like he made a play
