That's assuming the same roster and issues that Miles had. No clue if Saban really kicks off Perriloux, so who knows how 08-09 would have gone. Conversely, no guarantee he gets the same roster that Miles had from 10-12 either.

Bottom line is if Saban stayed, I have no doubt the W/L record, SEC and NC would have been greater from 2005-now that it has been. I just don't know if he would have replicated the Bama machine here.

It's of course impossible to know but if anything he would have had a chance because he wouldn't have had to play against himself

Without Saban at Bama we definitely win 2011 and would have had a pretty good shot in 2012 as well
