seriously, do NOT move to Pasadena. Clear Lake, League City, Friendswood or Pearland. In that order IMO.

Dickinson is still completely tore up from Harvey. :(.


Update: Just talked to a guy that is from Dickinson, he said it has recovered pretty well.

That’s basically all business parks and hood neighborhoods that probably flood.

Assuming you are white dude between the ages of 25-40, you want enjoy living there beside the commute
