Lakeshore
Lake Vista (basically everywhere between Robert E Lee and the lake from 17th street canal to UNO).
The areas north, east, and south of City Park (most of mid-city).
Most of the upper garden district.
I agree with the poster. The blue collar whites that lived in the wards are the soul of NOLA that no longer really exists. The Chalmations are the only ones left

No man. I wasn't trying to imply that those areas are blue collar.
I was specifically responding to this silly part of his post
