Attorneys only file lawsuits when there IS an insurance policy in place. Try to find an attorney to go after someone that’s uninsured; it’s not gonna happen. If they can’t afford insurance, how can they pay a judgement?

So how is a company supposed to pay for all the claims when the other driver is uninsured? Insurance companies don't have an endless pit if money like people think they do

. You're attacking their occupation of professional letter writers. Their worst nightmare is to actually go to court. Send letters make money! Damn the consequences!

They truly are the reason it's so expensive to insure our cars in Louisiana and the reason that there are so many uninsured motorists on the roads.

They are an embarrassment to our state with their constant commercials and endless billboards.
