False, the state doesn’t borrow money to run the govt. Jindal by law balanced the budget every year. You can argue he used one time money (just as Edwards did) but he never left the state in debt.
But I’m not defending Jindal; he abandoned his post and fostered this boondoggle we are stuck with (Film Tax Credits). He could have pushed through tax reforms and reformed the nursing home industry and didn’t do it. The only thing he did right was not raise taxes.

I think Abraham and Rispone are waiting until the qualifying dates is past before dropping big money on the race.
I think there is still an outside chance Scalise gets in the race. Trump calling him out on it may have put started some negotiations.
