RTIC replacement parts {bikini pic thank you inside, maybe NSFW?}

anyone ever had any luck ordering a whole top?
My kid was run off the road in his truck and his 65 qt hit a root or something and put a hole in the lid into the foam. I know the warranty won't cover it. and he's trying to act like it doesn't upset him, but I know he loves that cooler and I'd like to get it fixed for him if I can. I don't see anywhere on the site to buy replacement parts other than latches and plugs, just wondered if anyone here had any experience with dealing with them. Thanks in Advance!

Fill the hole with spray foam then either put a piece of Hydro turf over it

I did this, hopefully, they will at least be willing to sell me a new lid, I'd be happy with that.
