I usually go to crossfit class 3-4 times per week, the days I go vary based upon my work and personal life schedule. I work from home so I usually go at noon.

Days I don't go to crossfit I go for a 30min walk and do a 20min light stretching routine (I use the Down Dog yoga app). It's taken a few weeks but finally seeing some minor improvement in my hamstring tightness. Hoping to see my hips loosen up some soon.

Get a standing desk

If you’re sitting all day your hips & Hamstrings won’t improve much
