Bama vs South Carolina?

I’m shocked they didn’t do Notre Dame vs Georgia

It will be Notre Dame vs Georgia.

Does it have to be all SEC?

No, as long as the SEC team is the home team then CBS can pick that game.

NOOOO! I was counting on a night game. My son is getting married that day. Might have to make enemies if my future daughter-in-law right away.

Iran fricking pathetic how these networks cry about Notre Dame having an exclusive contract with NBC.

But the moment they get a chance to televise one of their games, they sell the conference out and whore themselves out to them.

It would be beautiful if the other networks would collectively agree just one time to refuse to televise one of their road games or give them a shite time slot.

I'd be willing to bet UGA/ND will be on NBC or ABC in primetime.

Georgia is playing at home so it will be on CBS, one of the ESPNs, or the SECN.

ETA: Which means CBS, or a slight chance of ESPN.

The game has its luster given we can’t score a point against them.

Hopefully this year brings better luck

I'm surprised it stayed in prime time as long as it did. The last competitive game was 2014.
It was a worth its billing for a few short years, like the UF-Tennessee games were for a while in the late 90s.

day-game for LSU-Bama

Well given how LSU has played in the night games in recent years, I can't help but believe this may produce a more favorable outcome.
