I have no real interest in a personal level but could this man explain the connection between its presence and the death or is he at the point of “I have no idea but I’m going to pick a random cause”
If the latter his job performance should probably be reviewed because we don’t need coroners using their job for political purposes.

according to science fact, a person would have to smoke/consume over 35,000 Marijuana cigarettes within a single hour in order to get enough THC levels for the human body to OD.
DR Montegut is a well known quack and he became coroner because his patients knew he was a lousy doctor and quit going to him. there are stories after stories of this guy telling people to go home and rest rather then actually find out whats wrong with them. there have even been lawsuits for malfeasance and dereliction in not following basic care guidelines. its a well know fact you cant trust him at all and he will ignore any and all medical issues you have even if it is killing you.

Science has stated for years that THC overdose is not likely if not impossible, but a coroner in a parish in LA is going to find the 1 case in history of THC overdose? Who is ignorant now?
