Different things to add to crawfish boil

Need some suggestions on different things to add to crawfish pot other than usual potatoes,corn and sausage.

put a squirrel in there once. Fyi, I don't know how long they have to stay in to be cooked because the one I bit into was bloody as hell

Get a fry basket and put some fettucini noodles in it and hang it on the side of the pot down in the boiling goodness. The noodles will soak up all the spices and flavor. Once the noodles are cooked to desired tenderness dump them in a bowl and add a squeeze of lemon and top with some chopped green onions. Delicious.

Right after you turn the fire off, get a small metal basket and push it down into the water just at the surface of the boil. Crack open eggs and drop them in one at a time (not the shells). The eggs will hard boil as soon as they hit the water and mostly stay together. They will get a little stringy and have an odd appearance due to dropping them in like that but best damn hard boiled egg you will eat! Never had anyone not like these when we do them, they are usually a hit.
