Pretty f-ing stunning
Batman Begins - 2005
The Prestige - 2006
The Dark Knight - 2008
Inception - 2010
The Dark Knight Rises - 2012
Interstellar - 2014
Doesn't even include Memento, Insomnia, and Dunkirk
His new film is also supposed to be "three movies long" and something to do with time, according to Robert Pattinson.

His new film is also supposed to be "three movies long" and something to do with time, according to Robert Pattinson.
quote:
Robert Pattinson says Christopher Nolan's New Movie is nearly the length of three movies. We're largely in the dark about Nolan's highly anticipated new project, but details are slowly starting to come together. Pattinson was recently announced as one of the stars of the movie, along with John David Washington and Elizabeth Debicki, and he recently revealed he was not able to take a copy of the script home and was only able to read it in a locked room, which is some Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm-type secrecy tactics.
In a new interview promoting High Life, Robert Pattinson briefly brought up the Christopher Nolan movie, which he is happy to be working on. After previously revealing the secrecy surrounding the project, Pattinson is shedding some light on what the movie will be like. He had this to say about working with important directors and Nolan's next movie.
"As an actor, the only bit of control is whether or not you're doing a movie. Working with these important directors makes you feel more secure in the choices you're making. Like, I'm doing a big movie with Christopher Nolan after this. It's the craziest thing I've seen in years. It's the length of three movies."
The mysterious new movie is only being described as an action blockbuster for the moment, with Robert Pattinson now claiming it's the "craziest thing" he has seen in years. As far as length is concerned, just what exactly is Pattinson comparing it to? Christopher Nolan's longest movie is Interstellar, which clocks in at two hours and 49 minutes, so we could be seeing something quite a bit longer than that. Whatever the case may be, we're all excited to see what Nolan has been working on. In addition to the "action blockbuster" tag, Christopher Nolan's next movie is currently being described "as a globe-trotting adventure that has shades of the mind-bending nature of Inception but does involve the time continuum."
This is something that was talked about a lot in Interstellar, so it will be interesting to see what Nolan is going to do this time around with the theory, if he is really revisiting the subject. With that being said, the director is probably pretty happy to see the first picture of a black hole which was released today.

Robert has done well for himself after twilight.

He seems like the only sane or at all self aware person to come from that franchise.
He's an interesting casting choice for a huge Nolan film, but I think it may work wonders for his career, similarly to how Tom Hardy was blast into mass audience stardom after inception. Washinton will be interesting, too.
I think Nolan can get a very serious, high quality performance out of them.

Of those mentioned the only one I even somewhat enjoyed was Interstellar. I don’t think his movies stand the test of time well. Do not ever want to rewatch any of those save maybe Memento.
Lot like the Matrix. Some are blown away at first but in the end a lot of pseudo intellectual jibber jabber with explosions.

Yeah, I think it's an interesting casting choices as well. Btw, besides the Batman franchise prestige is my favorite.

pretty much. he knows how to make fun, big budget action films, but that thin veneer of pseudo-intellectualism is very easily seen though. and his dialogue is straight dogshit

It's unbelievable how much he sounds like his pops. Pull up a video of his and close your eyes and you can barely tell the difference.

What are you crazy.
I watch Batman every time it comes on and it's great everytime..
Also dunkirk is under rated

It’s more like a 5 year run with momento as an outlier
The Dark Knight Rises was crap and Interstellar, while good,,doesn’t measure up to Nolan’s greats
Imagine how good his movies would have been had he had a decent editor

The Prestige is good, but I find Nolan's movies to a bit overrated.
Dunkirk is a completely forgettable and disappointing movie.

He's switching editors for this new film. He's picked the editor of Hereditary and Manchester by the Sea

I’ve often wondered why he waited this long.
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
Inception
The Prestige
Momento
All GOAT films even with that one glaring weakness
