Miles had to go out of state a lot to get some of those multiple top 3 classes he landed.

I started college in 2002. Since then, we have only had more top 300 players twice.
If you look at that and look at our previous recruiting rankings and we are going to finish 6th now - that's not good.

No. I'm saying that he was actually a very good recruiter, and Ed had more in state talent this year, finishing 5th than miles did in years where he had to get out of state talent and finished top 3.

just off the top of my head 2014 and 2016 were as good or better. 2012 was probably as good.

Herman's offense is great lol they were 46th in scoring and LSU was 37th. LSU faced 5 defenses ranked in top 20...Texas one and it was Georgia who was the 4th best defense we faced. The best Big 12 defense is 37th
