Meat prepared in as many ways as you can think of, the salad bar has some amazing stuff as well. Despite it being a chain restaurant, you don’t find them in every mid sized city you’ve heard of and I would bet the majority of these kids have never been to one for reasons of geography or finances. It’s one of my favorite restaurants ever.

I believe Shaq owns the Texas de Brazil in Baton Rouge. It is quite good by the way.
