I'm not going to shed crocodile tears over this disgusting human being, but it doesn't exactly speak well for our prison system that people keep getting murdered in said prisons.

It just means that even people that do evil things to adults know that it’s not OK to harm children.

He already had a judge and a jury. Once you’re convicted of the crimes he committed, I’m good with any kind of executioner.

Isn't this sort of like saying, it doesn't speak well for working in a fish market when you come home smelling like fish? What better or more likely place is there to get murdered than in a prison for murderers? If you don't want to smell like fish, don't get a job in a fish market! If you don't want to get murdered, don't go to prison. Particularly for killing an innocent child!
