It was visible, he really did grow up on this team. Good luck Nick!

Anyone think he has a shot in the League?

I can kind of see him in an Alfred Blue role.

Some people transfer to get playing time. Brossette stayed here the full time.

Just to point out what waiting will get you:

Season totals
1039 yds rushing, 14 TDs, 14 receptions

Career totals
1345 yds rushing, 14 TDs, 14 receptions

To clarify- he had a hair over 300 yds total before this season. Never scored, never had a single catch.

Local radio jackass Moscona was mocking him before the season, already gave the job to Helaire and Curry (the mocking was so bad that normal goofball Ryan Theriot was pissed off and said quit disrespecting the senior, he's going to step up). That was the radio segment that kept playing Orgeron calling Brossette "a good, not great back".
Prior to this year, the only time Orgeron referred to him was to question why the backup was in the game fumbling (Miss State 2017, I think).

He could have left. Most of us wouldn't have noticed, fewer would have cared much if he did. Game looked maybe too big for him here.

He stayed, took the starting job, produced a 1000 yd season and averaged more than one TD a game.

Thanks for staying home, waiting your turn and representing your team and your state with nothing but class and humility. Best of luck in the future.

Mike D said on AFR that he sees Brossette making a team as a backup RB and playing special teams.

Good guy and good college player.
I do not think he has the talent of Al Blue, but let's hope he can tag a ride in the league for a while.
